At the Advanced Tissue Models Group we are interested in developing the advanced models of cardiac tissue (Including Enginnedred Heart Tissue and organ-on-chip). We are working to decipher the basic biology of the human cardiomyocyte and cardiac tissue differentiation. We are employing advanced imaging techniques to better descibe the processes ongoing in the heart tissue.
